Guest Services


    • Hours: 6 to 8 hour shifts, must be available to work every other weekend, and commit to 12+ hours weekly in order to receive season pass benefits. Shifts starts one hour before public opening and ends 1.5 hours after public closing.
    • Responsibilities:  Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Help customers understand product offering, provide support to all other areas as the central hub to the operation. Handle high volumes of customers, answer phones, respond quickly to questions, and must have attention to detail.
    • Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience is strongly encouraged but not required, must be mature to handle responsibilities of the job. Must be comfortable with face to face interactions with public as well as able to communicate well over the phone.

Mountain Cafe


    • Hours: 6 to 8 hour shifts, must be available to work every other weekend, and commit to 12+ hours weekly in order to receive season pass benefits. Shifts starts 1-2 hour before public opening and ends 1-2 hours after public closing.
    • Responsibilities:  Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Keep a clean, neat work area, prep, stock, and support coworkers. Handle high volumes of customers, serve food, wash dishes, clean tables.
    • Previous Experience: Previous customer service in food industry is strongly encouraged but not required, must be mature to handle responsibilities of the job. Must be comfortable with face to face interactions with public. Must have an eye for detail and clean and restock as needed responding quickly to the needs of the area.

Rental Tech


    • Hours: 6 to 8 hour shifts, must be available to work every other weekend, and commit to 12+ hours weekly in order to receive season pass benefits. Shifts starts one hour before public opening and ends 1.5 hours after public closing.
    • Responsibilities:  Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Techs must work and train on all rentals stations. Must be able to answer questions regarding product offering, process rental forms and equipment quickly and accurately. Have a strong understanding of how the equipment should properly fit.
    • Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience is strongly encouraged but not required.  Must be comfortable with face to face interactions with public. Having a passion for skiing or snowboarding is helpful.

Tubing Area


    • Hours: 6 to 8 hour shifts, must be available to work every other weekend, and commit to 12+ hours weekly in order to receive season pass benefits. Shifts starts one hour before public opening and ends one hour after public closing.
    • Responsibilities:  Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Must be flexible to work in all areas of tubing, including retail, cafeteria and ticket counter. Provide additional support to birthday parties, and setup area daily for customers based on needs.
    • Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience is strongly encouraged but not required.  Must be comfortable with face to face interactions with public.

Lift Operations – Outside Ops


    • Hours: 6 to 8 hour shifts, must be available to work every other weekend, and commit to 12+ hours weekly in order to receive season pass benefits. Shifts starts 1-2 hours before public opening and ends 1 hour after public closing.
    • Responsibilities:  Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Lift Ops must work and train on all carpets, tow ropes and lifts, must work in rotation at the different stations. Outside ops responsibilities also includes snowmaking, snow removal, safety checking equipment and providing rover services. Must be able to respond quickly and work directly with ski patrol. Must be 18 years old.
    • Previous Experience: Previous lift ops experience is strongly encouraged but not required.  Must be comfortable working outside and able to deal with changing weather conditions.

SnowSports Instructors


    • Hours: Must be available to work every other weekend, and commit to working on holiday weekend rotation in order to receive season pass benefits. Shifts vary based on lesson assignments and needs.
    • Responsibilities:  Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Must be able to work with a wide variety of skills, providing services based on customer needs. Training in our TBL program is required, and provided onsite after hiring.
    • Previous Experience: Previous instruction experience is preferred but not required. Must be an experienced ski or snowboarder. Must be comfortable with face to face interactions with public.
