    Terrain Park Attendant

    Outside Operations

    Being part of our park crew is a labor intensive position that is responsible for construction, maintenance, and repair of all features as well as promoting safety awareness, educating on Terrain Park etiquette, and providing positive guest relations within the terrain parks. When applying for this position one must be self motivated and able to work in extreme environmental conditions and have a passion for the Terrain Park.

    Hourly: Starting at Minimum Wage, based on experience

    Outside Safety Monitor (Tubing Hill)

    Outside Operations

    Our Outside Safety Monitors provide a world class experience for our guests, promoting safety awareness, educating on proper use and etiquette, and providing positive guest relations within the Landslide Tubing Hill. Daily responsibilities include opening and closing the tubing hill, ensuring all signage is visible, testing of lanes and assessing tubes at the beginning of each shift. When applying for this position one must be self motivated and able to work in extreme environmental conditions.

    Hourly: Starting at Minimum Wage, based on experience

    Lift Operator

    Outside Operations

    Lift Operators provide primary service and maintain constant attention for all guests and employees as they load, ride, and unload from lifts. This position requires a high level of observation skills and the ability to work in a variety of positions at different lifts both ground and aerial. Must be capable of walking on uneven terrain and snow and ice, shoveling snow, bending, stooping, and sitting for extended periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside winter weather conditions, and frequently works near moving mechanical parts.

    Hourly: Positions vary based on experience starting at $11

    Mtn. Cafe Lead & Event Support Staff

    Inside Operations

    Do you enjoy being a go-to person? Are you someone that can jump in and help as well as lead a group? As the Mtn. Cafe Lead and Event Support Staff you are all this and more. Providing your guidance and assistance in setup and tearing down for events, coordinating supplies and staff as well as communicating to the Event Manager possible hiccups that could arise. Attention to detail is a must have skill as well as being able to work rotating weekends and evenings.

    Hourly: $11-$15
    (High end is reserved for those bringing actual experience)

    Full Time Winter Seasonal

    Entry Instructor

    Outside Operations

    Entry Instructors receive paid training to learn how to teach their passion to others. We are a growing organization with the drive to continue to grow all areas of outdoor recreation. We provide quality ski or board instruction to groups and individuals in a safe and fun environment while following all DM standards and best practices. This position provides on and off snow training and a supportive learning environment for all.

    Snowcat Operator Level 1

    Outside Operations

    The Entry-level groomer position is trained to safely and efficiently operate snow grooming equipment. This position will carry out the daily grooming plan as assigned by the Maintenance Manager, under the direction of a Level II operator on the late night (9pm-2am) shift. Snowcat Operators ensure that our guests are provided with safe and high-quality skiing and snowboarding surfaces every day during the season.

    Support Team Member

    Inside Operations

    Using an eye for detail and a passion for providing excellent internal and external customer service, the DM Support Team Member will model safety, friendliness, appearance, and efficiency to create a world class experience for all guests. This position involves working in a variety of areas as needed including but not limited too: Ticketing, Rentals, Cafe, Concession, Gift Shop, Guest Services.

    Hourly: Minimum Wage
