“GREAT MIX OF NATURAL AND WOODEN FEATURES”
Detroit Mountain’s Natural Play Area is an outdoor play space designed to be exploratory in nature. Featuring natural materials like logs and boulders along with commercially made elements like tunnels, slides, and a climbing net, it’s a fun and educational way to explore nature. Visitors are asked to fill out a liability waiver at the Cross-Country trail head.
There’s no charge to use the Natural Play Area, but please consider buying a summer pass or donating to help support the maintenance and expansion of the play area.
